How much is shipping?

Nothing. Shipping is free on every order, to every country we serve, and there is no minimum spend.

How long will my order take?

We dispatch within 1 to 3 business days. After that, delivery usually takes 7 to 15 business days depending on your country. You get a tracking number by email as soon as it ships.

What if I change my mind?

You have 30 days from delivery to request a return, for any reason. Email us with your order number and we will send you instructions. Sale items are included.

What if it arrives damaged or does not work?

Send us a photo within 30 days. We will replace it or refund you in full, and in most cases you will not need to post anything back.

Will I be charged customs or import duty?

For most destinations there is nothing extra to pay. In a small number of countries local customs may apply a charge, which is set by your government rather than by us.

How do I reach a human?

Email us or use the contact form and a person will reply, usually the same day. Monday to Friday, 9:00 to 18:00 GMT. We still read messages at weekends.
